1. It cuts the pasta lengthwise producing tagliatelle or lasagna
2. Cut the tagliatelle transversely or programmable lengthwise in order to determine the weight and the form of presentation of the pasta you want in the tray
3. Automatically inserts noodles or puffs into trays in three programmable ways:
   • multilayer (lllll)
   • single-fold (UUUU)
   • multiple fold (SSSS)
